RESPONSIBILITIES: Sovereign Cruises LLC, DBA Sovereign Luxury Experiences, located at 118 Woodland Court, Safety Harbor, Florida 34695, is an independent company ("the Company") licensed to market and distribute travel products under the above trade names and arrange for the tour services offered in its brochure and website, including transportation, sightseeing, and accommodations through independent contracts.

The air carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers (including but not limited to trains, cruises, ferries, motorcoaches, hotels, and restaurants) providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants, or joint venturers of the Company or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by the Company are subject to the Terms and Conditions specified by the supplier, which are available upon request, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

The international carriage of GUESTs is subject to international conventions and treaties, where applicable. These international agreements limit and, in some events, exclude the carrier's liability to GUESTs (tour participants). Where any claim or part of a claim (including those involving death or personal injury) concerns or involves any travel arrangements (including the process of getting on or off the transport concerned) provided by any air, sea, inland waterways, rail, or road carrier or any stay in a hotel, the Company's maximum liability is the maximum which would be payable by the carrier or the hotel keeper concerned under the applicable international convention, treaty, or regulation applicable to the travel arrangements or hotel stay (e.g., the Warsaw Convention, the Montreal Convention for international travel by air, the EU Regulation on Air Carrier Liability for air carriers with an operating license granted by an EU country, the Athens Convention for international travel by sea) in that situation.

After departure, if the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Company, the Company will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be the responsibility of tour participants, and any resulting savings will be refunded by the Company to tour participants within 30 days of the conclusion of the tour.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant; to expel any participant from the tour; to make changes in the itinerary whenever the Company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the participants; and to cancel a tour at any time.

The tour participant agrees that neither the Company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including but not limited to personal injury, death, and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection plan, or any other person.


RATES: The rate for your tour includes all meals, taxes, gratuities, and attractions stated in the itinerary, The Following the Reformation to America Experience conference fee, luxury accommodations, luxury coaches, porterage for one piece of luggage per person, dynamic conference times with our speakers, and concierge service from Sovereign's Guardian Angels throughout your entire journey.

Fees NOT Included: Airfare, excess baggage rates, meals and gratuities not included in the itinerary, all items of a personal nature such as laundry, cleaning, telephone, telex or fax expenses, beverages including tea and coffee (except at breakfast), wines, liquors or soft drinks. A local tipping guideline will be provided with the customer documents for any service purchased by guests on their own.

PAYMENTS:  Full payment is required upon registration and can be made with a credit card or a personal check. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.

CANCELLATION FEES:  A cancellation fee of $500 per GUEST will be charged for all cancellations regardless of insurance status.

Cancellation penalties apply to guests on a tour and are assessed in the event of either partial or full tour cancellations. Cancellations may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier. There will be no refunds in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the tour. Additional fees may be assessed by the supplier for connections booked from your home city, as well as forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation.  Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Rates below are per person and must be purchased for each guest on the reservation. Cancellation Protection Plans must be added at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: To fully participate in this tour, you must be able to walk long distances, have good balance capabilities and be able to walk on uneven terrain. There will also be some climbing involved as well as long periods of standing. Due to the historical nature of some of our destinations, not all facilities will be ADA compliant.

RESERVATION CHANGES: Name changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.  Additional fees may be assessed by suppliers depending on the change requested.

DOCUMENTATION:

Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. Foreign nationals should contact their respective governments to obtain further details.


FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS: For your arrival flight, we strongly recommend arriving in Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) no later than 3:00pm on September 25, 2014.

For your return flight home from Philadelphia on October 3, 2014, please book your flight to depart from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) at your convenience.

FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due upon registration.
