Cathy Kiang
President and Chief Operating Officer

Cathy Kiang is the Vice President and COO of the Sovereign Family of Brands.  Ms. Kiang is responsible for all the day-to-day operations and logistics in our tour and cruise products while playing an important role in the company's strategic planning and process advancements. Ms. Kiang's initiatives in sales and marketing include implementing many key functions of the company, including reservations, brand development, ethos creation, and customer relationship management.  Ms. Kiang holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Sau O'Fallon
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Sau O’Fallon is the Vice President and CFO of the Sovereign Family of Brands.  Sau is responsible for the financial administration for the company, and has a background in insurance and securities.  With a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Arizona State University, Sau is highly instrumental in the marketing materials and communication for the company.

Stewart Adams
Chief Marketing Officer

Stewart Adams serves as Chief Marketing Officer of the Sovereign Family of Brands. In this role, Mr. Adams is instrumental in developing marketing strategies to best reach our clients and guests. With a degree in Media Communication and a minor in Film Studies, Mr. Adams provides skill and experience in the fields of audio, video, photography, graphic design, and internet-based technology. Stewart lives in Kennesaw, GA with his wife Bethany, their son Devereaux and daughters Lorien and Jubilee.

Ryan Dick
Vice President of Sales

Ryan Dick began his association with the world of travel and events as an assistant to his grandfather, Dr. R.C. Sproul.  He served as Event Planner at Ligonier Ministries for five years, organizing Christian Group travel and conference planning.  He joined the world of travel and tours in early 2010.  Ryan has coordinated convention events with over 6,000 guests and successfully led both cruises and tours with over 500 valued guests.  He is excited to be able to assist in all of the detailed planning for a memorable Luxury Experience.

Larry Kiang
National Account Manager

Larry Kiang is an National Account Manager with Sovereign Cruises, Sovereign Productions and Events, and Sovereign Luxury Experiences. Larry graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management.   Having worked in the hospitality industry for much of his life, he was the General Manager of Twist Asian Fusion Restaurant in Orlando, FL.  Mr. Kiang currently manages Sales in the Corporate and Incentive Market, as well as the technical and production logistics during events.
